Cloud Loom

Opening the sky workshop…

How to play

Five illustrated sky islands hold eight authored patterns each. Short taps, longer holds and hands-off rests turn into your own woven pieces.

  1. Choose Play, any pattern on the Map, or Learn to weave for hands-on practice.
  2. Start the music with a click. Tap and release as notes reach the line, hold long ribbons, and leave WAIT beats alone.
  3. Pause whenever you need. Try Calm timing, slower practice or a demonstration; errors never end the song early.
  4. Create colored threads and motifs in Free Weave. Undo, redo, replay and keep editable pieces in your collection.

What you can practice

Explore beat timing, sound duration and rests. Stars describe this game performance only; device timing is not a learning-ability assessment.

Choosing a starting point

Especially for ages 4–9, with adult help welcome. All patterns and studio tools remain available; age is never a gate.

Questions about this game

Does waiting mean pressing Pause?

No. A rest means leaving the weaving button alone for that beat. The separate Pause control stops the whole song.

Where are creations saved?

They stay in memory unless a grown-up explicitly enables Cloud Loom device saving. Its independent local record holds progress, preferences and up to 12 studio pieces; nothing is uploaded.

Is music recorded or streamed?

Music is synthesized locally after you start. No recordings, microphone or external music service is used. Visual Practice is labeled when audio is unavailable.
